For the third year running, the NCMCRS Marine Conservation Film Series has lined up another six nights of award-winning films that demonstrate the wonder and weirdness of the sea and, for better or worse, our relationship with it.  This year features some special guests from around Tassie and around the planet.  There'll be tasty snacks and a few sneaky beverages to be had beforehand too.  FREE entry.

LIVING ON THE LINE

Preceded by: RAY: A LIFE UNDERWATER

A documentary on the little known industry of abalone fishing off the southern coast of Australia.  It features the risky profession of abalone diving - sharks, big waves, fast boats and the men who must overcome the fear of being eaten alive every day at work.
