Tasmanians can’t seem to agree on the state of our State. Do globally-noticed innovations like MONA herald a brave new world of social, economic and cultural possibility? Or are we stuck in the mud and mores of the past, congenitally dependent on the public purse, and destined for more or worse of the same?
