'The Future of Learning Opportunities in Northern Tasmania'

The landscape of learning and education in Australia is changing – can Northern Tasmania rise to the challenge to engage its community in better learning opportunities?  

The panellists will explore current drivers that may ensure Northern Tasmanian's have the best opportunities to be equipped to participate in a changing society through innovative learning structures that provide for an inclusive approach to education and a diverse range of learning pathways. 

Moderator:

  • Professor Kwong Lee Dow - Educational consultant and University of Tasmania Council Member
     A learning framework that inspires learning opportunities

  • Kym Goodes, Chief Executive Officer, Tasmanian Council of Social Services (TASCOSS)
     How learning can affect the economic future of Tasmania
