Anyone around the world who knows Lean – knows the name Paul Akers.

He is world renown and has only been to Australia twice.

Productivity Improvers are proud to have secured Paul to visit Tasmania in March 2017.

Paul Akers is founder and president of FastCap, a product development company manufacturing products for the cabinetmaking, coffee and tech industries. After Paul discovered Lean and the Toyota Production System (TPS), Fastcap became even more successful.

In 13 years, Paul and his wife, Leanne, grew FastCap from their garage into a multi-million-dollar company. Paul’s publications ‘2 Second Lean’ and ‘Lean Health’ demonstrate his passion for helping people discover their full potential and teaching others how to implement Lean thinking for their own business and personal success.

This event is free of charge supported by the Australian Government, Entrepreneurs’ Programme.
