Menzies is hosting a free public lecture on current areas of interest and development in multiple sclerosis (MS). Professor Bruce Taylor, Clinical Research Fellow at the Menzies will be hosting the lecture.

Topics include:

Maintaining Cognition – the key to quality of life in MS
This topic will be delivered by visiting keynote speaker Professor Jeannette Lechner-Scott from the University of Newcastle (NSW). Professor Lechner-Scott is recognised throughout the MS community nationally and internationally as a pre-eminent expert in MS. Understanding MS MOOC (Massive Open Online Course)
Dr Suzi Claflin, a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Menzies, will present the hypothesis around the development of the Understanding MS MOOC. Suzi will give an overview of some of the work undertaken so far in the development of this free on-line course that is due to be launched in April 2019. The MOOC project has been undertaken in collaboration and partnership with Multiple Sclerosis Limited.
