The official Welcome is an ESSENTIAL event for all commencing University of Tasmania students. The event begins with an Official Welcome, followed by a Welcome to Country and will then delve into the minds and stories of keynote speakers. The presentation will explore the complex topics that arise in higher education and invites you to reflect on what it means to be a part of the Tasmanian community as you commence your University journey.

The Orientation Expo will follow with a collective of student associations, sporting and social clubs as well as the variety of services available to you at the University of Tasmania. This is a great way for you to find out about all the areas available to you on campus and hang about in the new space.
