As a social worker or teacher what sustains you in your practice? Does mentoring have any relevance in supporting what you do and who you are as a social worker or teacher? A group of Tasmanian social workers and teachers have been working together over the past 3 months to explore these questions and so we invite you to explore with us these issues and more.

In these 2 hours you can expect:

  • interactive discussions with academics and practitioners;
  • research informed knowledge about sustainable practice,
  • and an invitation to continued professional development and direct contribution to what is known about the role of mentoring in teaching and social work practice.

To attend this free event, please RSVP to Kate.Vincent@utas.edu.au by 17TH May 2018.
