Panov Scott was founded in 2012 by Anita Panov and Andrew Scott in order to make propositions within the field of architecture, landscape and urban design. Social, environmental and fiscal responsibility frame their endeavours as we seek to define objects of lucid beauty that will offer a heightened experience of place. In order to do this, we study history and the contemporary condition, rereading and offering it manifest in each new project. Their experience has been accumulated via lengthy apprenticeships with much-lauded architects and our current project based preoccupations are augmented with an ongoing commitment to academic and travel based research. This has allowed the establishment of a professional practice that holds at its core the deftly curated collaborative design process.

"Practicing to find out." We practice to make sense of our place in the world and with that knowledge seek to work directly at the task of transforming the world we encounter.

"From little things we started small through exigence but soon saw the virtue." Our projects, research and teaching tend towards this consideration; a point of reference which remains smart, human, just enough.
