An exhibition of paper collage celebrating Australian beach culture by emerging artist Sevesti Johnson
Emerging Hobart-based artist; Sevesti Johnson has drawn on her love of iconic Australian beach imagery as the basis of these striking artworks made from paper collage.
On exhibition until the end of March at the University of Tasmania's Makers' Space, with its epic views out to Bass Strait, this is the perfect exhibition to celebrate the Tasmanian summer. Sun, Sand and Surf is the first exhibition of collage exhibited at Makers' Space.
Visitors to the exhibition will have the opportunity to try their hand at creating their own collage at a special community workshop at Makers' Space on Wednesday 19th February from 3.00-5.00pm.
